Today has been hectic, so hectic that it has kept me away from my computer for much of the day and though the weekend is almost upon us, it's never too late for a post! Especially a post to help those creative juices to start flowing, right!? Most of you have probably seem these fun Save the Dates designed by Rachael Wiles popping up on blogs everywhere, I couldn't help to post what I think is the perfect start to a new weekend project!

It seems today that I am all about weddings, well at least the creativity that can blossom from them! I find that when designing in 2D the best inspiration can be found in 3D forms and this wedding by Lollipop is no exception!

I used to love running out to the mailbox as a child! There was always hope of receiving some unexpected prize. These days snail mail seems to consist of advertisement schemes and bills (boo)... but thanks to invitation like these the art of good old fashion mail may be giving us a run for our money!

Inspire: Nonpareil Revealed

Your missing out, if you haven't been lucky enough to stumble upon this collaboration between Maddy Hague of the Inspired Bride and Kristen Magee of Paper Crave. Nonpareil is an online magazine that approaches weddings and other occasions with a focus on hip, stylish, do-it-yourself projects and inspiration.

To add to the excitement, Nonpareil has a blog featuring giveaways and behind the design tid-bits, like these few shots, photographed  by Michael Haug, that didn’t make this issues cut.
